Job purpose |
Tour leaders drive and accompany travel groups during a trip or look after them at the destinations, specialising in a travel area and types of travel. They also take on organisational tasks and serve as a direct contact for the travellers. |
Main activities |
Driving and looking after a group during the entire trip, taking care of organisational tasks such as allocating rooms in the hotel, organising excursions and sightseeing tours, taking charge of city tours and informing travellers. Checking on site if the quality standards are being met |
